Lemon Sole are smaller than Dover sole and lighter in colour, but still has a light and delicate flavour and adapts to any sole recipes.
 
Available in two sizes, you can choose from 340-450g and 450-600g,  the smaller fish are perfect for being ordered skinned both sides,  also known as pan ready, and simply panfried, a fabulous light lunch.
